This website is designed to collect only the information needed to respond to inquiries and operate optional interactive features.

Contact forms

If you submit the inquiry form, the information you provide — such as your name, email, event type, location and message — is sent to ELEVEN Management so the team can reply to you.

AI Concierge

If the AI Concierge is configured with the OpenAI API, your question may be sent to OpenAI's API through ELEVEN's server in order to generate a reply. The website does not place an OpenAI API key in your browser. Do not enter confidential information, payment information or sensitive personal data into the concierge.

Session data

The Concierge endpoint may use a short-lived server session to limit excessive automated requests. The current website package does not include third-party advertising trackers or analytics by default.
